We had people who were already making coffees in local cafes and I myself was a coffee maker from home. The instructor Carlos gave us tailored challenges and taught skills which were appropriate for our levels. Heaps of equipment were there for many practices to make our latte art perfect. Carlos started off with a presentation of the 4 different type of latte art that we could learn depending where we were at - Heart & Tulip for beginners and Rosetta & Swan for intermediate. Since I knew the beginner level already, Carlos helped me achieve the Rosetta and Swan.
