A very professional class with lots of tips to help us reproduce the lesson at home. I look forward to doing another class soon.

We had the most excellent time. Everything was fantastic, our teacher took the time to explain everything and then let us have a go at making the perfect dough. She helped where needed and left you feeling capable and confident in repeating the process at home. Between making the dough and making the pizza we were treated to the most exquisite antipasto and an opportunity to chat with your class mates. There was an abundance of food and it was difficult not to eat too much. Our teacher taught us how to stretch the pizza dough to make the perfect base and then provided inspiration for topping it just right. There were as many differently topped pizza as there were participants, yet everyone were happy with the final taste and proud of their creation. I cannot recommend this course enough and recommend not eating at all before attending so you can fit all the amazing food in. Thank you for a great two hours and a fabulous start to a Sunday. Mette

A wonderful afternoon with Jenny who made us all feel comfortable and very capably explained the art of pizza dough making. The experience is enriched through the half-time break with generous antipasto, followed by preparing and eating your own pizza.

The pizzas turned out amazing, so great that we got free drinks and antipasti (though this wasn’t explained to us beforehand). We enjoyed that the restaurant was shut because we had booked an early class. It was easy to redeem the gift card. Would have preferred a larger class, unfortunately two class members didn’t turn up. The class should run with minimum 10 participants in my opinion (we had only 6). Teacher was a bit hard to hear and understand at times (volume). Didn’t really engage with us, thought it would be a class run by a chef but she said she was a TAFE teacher. I was floored by her attitude towards me, she singled me out at times for not following her instructions, but it was a bit difficult because she instructed us to do 10 things at a time. The pizzas turned out great despite her judgment. However it would have helped to have some instructions written down. As it was a small class, I didn’t appreciate her making me feel the most incompetent or the fact that she commented on my hair as soon as I walked into the class, felt like a bit of unconscious race bias. Would recommend the class but not at this venue, not the right way to treat people in 2025.

This was a great experience! Janine is a great teacher. This was easily the best pizza I have ever made ;). They provided a drink on arrival, tasty antipasti and you get to eat the pizza you make and also bring home the dough you make as well. Such a great value for money. Highly recommend this experience
