“I really enjoyed the class. It was great fun.
We finished 20 minutes early though.
We left at 2.10pm.
I would have liked the full 2 hours we paid for.”
“This is a great class for an introduction to the wheel. A good taste to see whether I wanted to take it further. As would be expected from only a two hour class, it’s a bit frustrating and I didn’t walk away feeling confident. But I would definitely recommend it to try it out”
“I loved this class. I had fun and enjoyed exploring my artistic expression. Our teacher was knowledgeable and gave some great tips to get going. I think I've caught the clay bug 10/10”
“Had a fabulous time! She explained very thoroughly and helped patiently, would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in giving wheel throwing a try!”
“This is something I’ve always wanted to try and this class was perfect. It was a nice size group, the venue was relaxed and friendly and the teacher was encouraging and very helpful. I had no expectations and so was amazed that I made 3 small bowls. Everyone in the class was able to create something. I can’t wait to do more pottery classes at Deep Blue Ceramics”
“Taylor was an excellent teacher! She progressed at good pace and was available to help anyone individually that was struggling. We all came away with at least 1 piece that we were happy with. I think an additional 20-30mins of actual time to practice throwing on the wheel could've been good, with the 10-15mins of cleanup extended at the end. Would definitely do it again and highly recommend!
The gift card was easy to use initially, however I had to reschedule unexpectedly. Reusing the gift cards and reapplying it to the booking was not straightforward. I ended up being charged which was eventually refunded but it took bit of follow up. Something that Class Bento could improve.”
“Really loved the experience although my pottery work was, as I predicted, terrible! This was my first ever pottery wheel experience ( at 74) and a birthday gift! However I think I’d really like to signup for a term of classes and perfect at least making bowls and dishes! Very much fun! Teacher was very patient and clear in her instructions. What a great gift!’
Here are some photos from the evening!”
