“Really loved the experience although my pottery work was, as I predicted, terrible! This was my first ever pottery wheel experience ( at 74) and a birthday gift! However I think I’d really like to signup for a term of classes and perfect at least making bowls and dishes! Very much fun! Teacher was very patient and clear in her instructions. What a great gift!’
Here are some photos from the evening!”
“I got the experience as a gift for a friend and we went together. Really enjoyed the class, the instructor was friendly and gave really clear direction. Great experience all round.”
“I booked this class for my mum's birthday after we'd been talking about trying wheel throwing for years. Our teacher, Taylor, was really lovely and helpful and gave us great tips as we worked with the clay. We both had such a great time and would love to do it again. I highly recommend giving this a go!”
“A really enjoyable class! Great introduction to wheel throwing, which was far more difficult than it looks. Fortunately we had a very patient, skillful and enthusiastic teacher, Taylor, to guide us through basic techniques and how to fix disasters. The class had ample time to try, make mistakes, learn from them and try again, and to complete one or more items.Challenging but fun, recommended”
“Taylor was an amazing teacher. All the instructions were clear and Taylor made the class really fun. I am a beginner and I don’t feel as though the class was too hard. I made a jewellery dish and a cup. I enjoyed the “free time” and the end of the class to make whatever I liked.”
