“I am writing to formally address concerns regarding a recent tufting workshop my daughter attended. Initially, the instructor requested a schedule change, to which we accommodated. However, during the session, my daughter proposed several designs, which the instructor dismissed as overly complex and time-consuming without providing constructive feedback. Furthermore, while the students were tufting, the instructor failed to offer adequate demonstrations or assistance, instead urging them to rush through their work. This lack of guidance resulted in unsatisfactory outcomes for all participants.
Having attended other tufting workshops, I found this experience to be notably unprofessional. The instructor appeared disengaged from teaching and more focused on personal social engagements (phone and planning outing after the class), which compromised the quality of instruction. In light of these issues, I respectfully request that Class Bento investigate this matter thoroughly and consider issuing a refund for the workshop.”
“This was so much fun!!! After a short tutorial, I was left to tuft with the instructor nearby for any questions. Super happy with how it turned out and with the amount of guidance and attention.”
“The overall experience wasn’t too bad, it was abit more stressful than fun, but I did enjoy the time I had. The teacher wasn’t really patient with different type of learners. It was my first time doing this and she was kinda being aggressive with how to show me how to do the pattern.
I would probably go elsewhere if you need someone with more patience and not in a rush to get you out for the next set of people.”
“I think the teacher was a bit too quiet and it would help if she was more hands on and checked in with us every now and then and given a bit more guidance.
Apart from that, the class was fun and it was a quiet and chill environment which I enjoyed.”
