“Class was okay, not much instruction and also we weren't able to make a plate as ran out of time but this wasn't explained. Also the photos of the pottery is very misleading as we saw the instructor in the garden cutting leaves of their hedges before the class started, nice mugs but really nothing like the pictures advertised.”

Instructions weren’t clear, and we ended up wasting a lot of time just waiting around and trying to find him. The website said the final product would be ready in 2–3 weeks, but after the session, he just told us to take a photo, without any proper explanation, and suddenly it said 6–8 weeks. The studio was a mess( even for an art studio). Honestly, the best part of the experience was the company”

“Lucky we were ‘crafty’ people, others might find the lack of direction challenging. Instructor worked between us and a group in another room so we were on our own with exception of some guidance every now and again across the 2 hours, which was ok for us. It will take 6-8 weeks to receive our creations.”

Waited 4 months to get our pieces because he wouldn’t answer emails.
When we finally got to go there all the trinket trays were in a tub one of ours was broken. You can see glue on the back but was told it was an air bubble.
Still didn’t get our cups as we couldn’t find them and staff were too busy to help us.

“We had a wonderful private class, but got to make the cup only as we ran out of time. Maybe an instructional video sent out ahead of time could have helped so we would know what to expect, and how to better manage outlr time. Our teacher was very kind in extending the time a little bit to make sure we were happy with the end product.
I also didn't think to bring my own florals / plant options so if you get the chance, do some planning ahead of the experience.
