Billy walked us through a step-by-step demonstration before we had a go ourselves, and was there with the right level of oversight to let us try ourselves, but make sure we didn't make any irreversible mistakes. Highly recommend, good teacher-to-student ratio and you come away with two glass pieces at the end.”
