We started by learning essential tips for making great coffee, followed by an explanation of all the different types of coffee drinks. At the end, we had plenty of time to practice what we learned.
The lesson covered all the basic knowledge every barista needs.

He even showed us how to do machine maintenance and cleaning which is crucial for a commercial setting.
