“We had the most wonderful experience at the pizza and calzone class with Chef Antonella and her husband Chris. From start to finish, everything was beautifully organised and so enjoyable.
We began by making the dough completely from scratch, learning techniques that were easy to follow and fun to do. Throughout the class we made a variety of pizzas, cooking them both in the indoor oven and the outdoor pizza oven, which was fantastic to experience. We started with delicious appetizer pizzas that we all shared together, then moved on to preparing fresh Italian salads before creating our main pizzas. To finish, we each made either a savoury or sweet calzone — such a perfect ending!
The class was very interactive and Antonella gave us plenty of choice with toppings, which made it feel creative and personal. Antonella and Chris work like a well-oiled machine, and everything flowed effortlessly.
What made the experience even more special was the atmosphere. The table was beautifully set so we could all sit down together and share the meal we had made. It felt warm, welcoming, and like being in someone’s home rather than a formal class.
Antonella is a fantastic teacher — warm, inviting, fun, and incredibly accommodating. She even catered thoughtfully for different needs, including someone in our group with a broken hand!
Everything about the experience was fabulous — the teaching, the organisation, the food, and the hospitality. We left full, happy, and inspired to make pizza , salads and calzone at home. Highly recommended!”

The set up was highly professional, incredibly neat, and such a warm home setting. “Myself and my partner took this class and were wonderfully surprised at how detailed the teaching experience was. Not only was Antonella a wonderful host, with a very clean and organised set up (and an awesome playlist), but her passion for cooking truly shone as she took the time to explain both how to perform the steps with handy little tricks along the way, but also why, including the science behind the dough.
We had a random group of people of all ages, but had such a good time as everyone felt welcome and at home, sharing so many laughs throughout the night, and going home with very full bellies! Also a special shout out to Chris, best sous chef ever!!
