Hélène was very knowledgeable and made the class so interesting and interactive. The 2 hour class was well spent tempering chocolate, making chocolate discs, decorating and making truffles. We had time to taste as we went and lots of leftover treats to take home. I highly recommend this class, it was fun and informative!

I had an incredibly enjoyable experience in this class! The teacher was not only informative but also had an impressive depth of knowledge about chocolate. It was so much fun making our own chocolate, with plenty of guidance from our fantastic instructor. We had the chance to sample different types of chocolate with varying cacao percentages, and ended the class with a complimentary drink. Plus, we got to take home the chocolate we created! I would highly recommend this class to any chocolate enthusiast—it’s a must! Parking is super convenient too; just park in the shopping center parking lot, take the escalators up, turn right, and it’s right there. The only downside was the lack of privacy, as the class is held in the workspace of the cafe, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
