We had the pleasure of tasting single and mixed origin chocolate as well as assisting in the tempering and making of our own chocolates and truffles (which we also took home). “Hélène was very knowledgeable and made the class so interesting and interactive. The 2 hour class was well spent tempering chocolate, making chocolate discs, decorating and making truffles. We had time to taste as we went and lots of leftover treats to take home.
