“We attended on Saturday th March class 3.00to 6.00pm arived just before start time and all was preped and ready. our Teacher Cheff Brandin? Introduced himself and informed allof what was going to be the procedures for the class. As we followed the demonstrations and exercises the class flowed very well. all of the foods that we preped and cooked or had chilled during the class was very good and left us wanting to follow up with cooking at home and to undertake the next class.
