“This class was awesome! Chef Luca was super informative and interesting - providing insight in to the history and origin of each dish as well as tips to replicate at home. All the dishes could easily be made at home. We loved the simplicity of the foccacia and will definitely be make this again! The ravioli was fun to make and now not so scary to attempt at home! The atmosphere of the class was social and interactive, would highly recommend to others! We will be back!”
