“Great class! We cooked Arancini, Gnocchi and Cannoli. Sicilian chef, Andrea was very informative, helpful and patient with this GF girlie who played catch-up most of the class cooking solo. Met some amazing people and felt very included as Chef Andrea guided me through the alternative ingredients and processes. Plating up and enjoying our 3-course meal together at the end was Bellissima!”
“Wow wow wow!! What a damn experience that was. I had surprised my mum with this gift for her birthday and we had a wonderful lady Nat seated with us on our table. We have all been to a few different classes around in Brisbane and all over. But this class specifically blew us away! We had so much fun and did not feel any pressure to be quick or to do things perfectly. There was an insane amount of food that we got to cook each and our teacher/chef Adrian (he will kill me for spelling it wrong) was such an amazing host! We laughed, learnt so much, bonded with each other and most importantly made some delicious food. We will be back and will be sharing the love/review to many others for them to try. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!!!!”
