Wow Marc made it fun and entertaining while cooking. He made making sausages so easy and the flavor combos were excellent

The workshop was great chief Mark explained everything really well. Three groups of 6 each made a difference sausage, everyone had a go at each aspect then we got to enjoy a taste of each flavour. Great evening.

This was such a fun class, Mark is a fantastic teacher he taught us how to make 3 different sausages and also how to present and serve them up. We had a feast trying them all. They were so delicious, I can’t wait to try making sausages at home. Thanks Mark.

This “class” was horrendous! To split 18 people between 3 bowls of mince and expect everyone to call it a cooking experience is a joke. One sausage maker between 18 people. Everything was pre chopped, all side ingredients already cooked, can honestly say the only task I completed was pushing a handful of mince through a sausage maker while, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND VALUE FOR MONEY IS GRIM GRIM!
