Excellent fun. The host, Joseph, is very engaging, informative and funny. He explains about the history of chocolate, where chocolate comes from and then you plunge in to making chocolates. it is really good fun and yes, there is ample opportunity to sample chocolate, the fillings and also a cup of steaming hot chocolate. After a fun 2 hours, you come home with your own personalised box of 24 (28 if you get the extra special mould!).
It was my birthday present, I am 55, my step mum came who was 80 this week and there was also another birthday girl of 15. We were all equally engaged and delighted.
Finally a big shout out to Joseph's colleague, Yvonne. She was lovely, efficient and played an invaluable part in making the whole morning a success.
