“The class was very friendly and informative with tangential discussions breaking out regularly which gave the whole experience a warmth and familial feeling to it. The actual demonstartion of making a half litre of gin was excellent using the supplied equipment, with a number of wivestails dispelled along the way. Also the length of the class was not too long or too short. It gave the correct amount of information needed to produce your own bottle of gin. Well done to the teacher and assistant.”
“Liz was a welcoming host. She took the time to speak to each person in the class. She explained the whole process of distilling gin and we were able to make a bottle with our own chosen botanical.
