“Liz was a welcoming host. She took the time to speak to each person in the class. She explained the whole process of distilling gin and we were able to make a bottle with our own chosen botanical. We were engaged in the process and came away with lots of knowledge and a beautiful bespoke bottle of gin. Highly recommended. PS get an Uber home!!”
