“I unfortunately was unable to experience the sip & pour class as the traffic was extremely backed up causing me to run late. I called several times to speak with someone to see what my options were but I was unable to reach anyone & I still have yet to receive a call back. When trying to book the session I ran into issues as well & was unable to get in contact with anyone for hours. I’m not satisfied with my experience at all & would suggest that there be a better way to get in contact with someone.”
