Jesse also shared the specific ingredients and tools she uses, which was very insightful. During the hands-on portion, she demonstrated the decorating process on one macaron and then guided us as we completed the remaining ones ourselves. She also provided a detailed written guide via email covering everything discussed in class, along with a complete list of tools, making it easy to reference later and purchase anything we may be missing.
