“The star of this class was our amazing teacher! She made an otherwise complex recipe seem easy and approachable, and was very patient and hands on in giving us tips and tricks during this class. The finished products turned out so perfect, and the class was fun and approachable. I would take off a star (I did not because the instructor is genuinely lovely) as I would have appreciated some food served during this 6-9pm (dinnertime) class and perhaps some more music or ambiance as the instructor really carried the class with her winning personality but otherwise things were quiet and technical when I wanted a fun and easeful Friday class.”
“it was an excellent and fun class as a beginner (first timer) like me who have no idea about baking. doable and fun! class size is also small good for personalized attention. Jesse has also a very lovely and clean place and fully equipped kitchen. She is highly skilled in what she does, very attentive, fun & creative and knowledgeable about macarons which is very delicate and needs precision and meticulous baking process to do. Im so happy about how perfect my macarons turned out and its character macaron you guys! ☺️. the best part is we were able to bring our own freshly baked character macarons home to share with our fam! would love to do this again and again! also perfect for dates, family and friends! higly recommended! ✨⭐️”
