“This was a great class! I was a few minutes late, and Jesse was super understanding and kind. Jesse showed us how to create the macarons and used the batter we made as a group for our practice dough. She had pre-made dough ready for us to use for our actual macarons which I appreciated and preferred. She really helped throughout the class and stepped when anyone needed help (which was frequent for me, haha). The filling was buttercream so that was unique to me. She is so patient and a great teacher. I will definitely take her snowball cookie class in the future!”

“The macaron were challenging but Jesse made it super easy to follow along. We had a couple of people who accidentally came to the wrong class and she graciously let them sit in, so it felt a bit crowded.
She took care to show everyone individually how to get a proper macaronage and provided us with delicious snacks as well. I would definitely recommend her class, it’s very cozy and warm, very on brand for Jesse!”
