“My husband and I had the funnest time at Olesia's cake decorating class! We attended a full class of about 15 or 16, but Olesia made sure to go around the class to give everyone some attention and pointers each step of the way. The class was set up perfectly - from the tools, the buttercream, the cake, and even the snacks and drinks. It was our first time decorating cakes and we would recommend this to anyone interested in trying their hand at it. We were very happy with our vintage style mini cakes and got a ton of compliments on our way home with them.

“Olesia's cake decorating workshop was fantastic! From start to finish, there was so much care and quality to the experience. Olesia is an excellent teacher and is the perfect balance of encouraging and structured. Her instructions were clear, and she was a very attentive teacher. I really liked that Olesia explained why we were doing something, such as using a specific tip size, because it helped contextualize each task and made it easier to learn and practice. She was kind and supportive, yet challenged us with techniques that I was amazed to learn. I am not a baker, and this is my first time decorating a cake. Yet she guided me to produce a cake that I am so happy with and proud of.
Kate, the other coordinator, was also amazing and created such a welcoming and warm atmosphere. She made sure all of the equipment was always clean and well stocked, and she engaged with all of the attendees in a way that made the entire group friendly with each other and so much fun.
The cake studio was a nice, bright, open layout, and was organized, clean, and well-decorated. The snacks and drinks were delicious, and were very well-stocked throughout the workshop.
Booking was straightforward, and Olesia was very communicative with pre-workshop prep and directions to the studio. Overall an overwhelmingly positive experience, we are already looking forward to our next workshop with Olesia!”
