Wonderful, informative class! Chef Genevieve was knowledgeable and fun. Smart set-up of using previously made dough and beginning with shaping and proofing before making new dough and baking. A great way to condense a longer process into a shorter class. Croissants were delicious!

Pastry Jennifer was amazing. Her humor during instruction and her reminders to enjoy the process made the class both fun and engaging. She truly set the tone with joy and created a wonderful learning experience. I highly recommend her class.

Great class! Genevieve was an excellent instructor—very knowledgeable and fun. The class was well organized to make sure that everyone had the chance to participate in every step of making croissants, from preparing and kneading dough, through the process of integrating all that luscious butter, right through to enjoying the scrumptious final product. I highly recommend this class!

The croissant baking class was super fun and I really enjoyed the experience. The setting is small and intimate so you can observe and learn, all materials were provided and the instructor was excellent! My daughter and I had a fun morning making 3 kinds of croissants…
