“The class was excellent, amazing, fun, hands-on, and eating the most delicious croissants was the best!
Our teacher Jennifer was knowledgeable, explained everything well and demonstrated all the techniques with ease. The whole class was run very efficiently and we learned alot and are ready to make croissants at home! Jennifer took time to talk to us during the break and after class, loved her!!”
“Pros : The teacher was great, very knowledgeable and great at explaining. You get to take 4 croissants home, we also made a bigger, bread like one we left there.
Cons : if you’re looking for a social experience, that’s not the case. I got the ticket for my birthday as a gift and got seated by myself at one table. Everyone who came with family/friend was seated only with that person. If I knew, I would’ve booked with a friend.”

“The croissant making class with Chef Genevieve was amazing! So much fun - great by yourself, with a group of friends, or with your partner. Chef Gen showed us how to make various croissants and kept sharing helpful tips and tricks about what to keep in consideration during the process! The class is BYOB which is nice, and I loved trying the pastries and being able to take some home! 10/10 recommend.”
