Karen introduced herself and gave us a back story of herself first.
Then she demonstrated how to make mozzarella while explaining the how, what and when. I loved it! I want to know how it started and how it came to be. Karen was very easy to follow and has a sense of humor ,which always helps.
I believe I learned the technique of making something my entire family will enjoy, that’s what I loved the most.”
