“The class was a lot of fun. Very interactive! I learned a lot I’ve never made dumplings before and by the end of the class I could open my own dumpling shop! I loved the teacher he was super nice and helpful, very attentive.”

It turns out that making dumplings is actually pretty difficult. But with an instructor as skilled as this one, you're definitely in good hands. My only advice we be to position yourself close to him so you have a good view of when he does his demo.

“The class was an absolute blast! Firstly, the chef was well prepared, very patient, and gave clear directions and models of what we should be doing. We made two types of dumplings (fried and steamed) and both were DELICIOUS!! We also met some really great people, which was nice because we had some great conversations. This was an extra benefit, since the class did take longer than expected.”
