“We did this class for Mothers' Day with a multi-generational group and had a blast! The instructors were very knowledgeable and fun. All of the prep was done in advance so we could focus on actually making the dumplings and trying various techniques. And by offering the ability to both steam and fry our dumplings, we were able to make some to fit each person's preference. Would highly recommend.”

It turns out that making dumplings is actually pretty difficult. But with an instructor as skilled as this one, you're definitely in good hands. My only advice we be to position yourself close to him so you have a good view of when he does his demo.

We made two types of dumplings (fried and steamed) and both were DELICIOUS!! We also met some really great people, which was nice because we had some great conversations.
