“I was excited when I saw product on Facebook and since it was on sale, I ordered the clothes soap. When the order went through I was dismayed that I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription of it! I just wanted to try it! I was very upset and contacted the company immediately. In their defense they apologized and said they cancelled the subscription but I’m waiting to see if they did. I like the detergent but I’m afraid to order more.”
“Love the product and I got my order as indicated in email. I didn't like that after I got my order, I was billed for monthly delivery which I did not sign up for.”
