“Almost 2 months for delivery. I understand during these times delivery can be delayed. But I was on AutoShip and they shipped the next package two weeks later and forgot to charge me the AutoShip rate.”
“I only just received the product after more than a month of waiting so I've only used it twice. I live in a facility where they provide 2 washers for over 60 tenants. The managers have a sign instructing us not to use more than 1/4 of a cup of liquid detergent. I don't know how this translates into use of the sheets as there was no indication as to the equivalency of sheets to cups. First time I tried 1/4 of a sheet but it didn't appear to make any suds. Next time I tried 1/2 sheet and still didn't notice any suds. So I'm still experimenting and hoping not to cause damage to the machines. Some kind of chart as to how many cups are equivalent to a sheet would help. I do like the scent and the ease of use and, of course, not having an empty det. container to discard.”
“have not seen much difference between this and my reg detergent. but don't like the practice of cleanomic i just wanted to try this product once to see what it was like and they took out 19;97 the next month unknown to me. they said i okd automatic payments but i did not.”

“I love this concept, but there is room for improvement. My first two washes left residue inside the washing machine. I am now putting the sheet at the bottom of the laundry instead of on top, and this works better. But I am concerned about residue build and on the fence if I will keep using it.”
