“I have used a Clear Blue ionizer for 7 year now - it works as advertised. We have a 21 foot round pool, we get between 2 and 3 years life out of each electrode. We notice a difference with the amount of chemicals we need to use in our pool with the ionizer running, water feels better, kids have never complained about any irritation when opening their eyes under water because there isn't as much chlorine.
Have read some things online about staining and even making hair turn green - never experienced this, we have had no issues with ours. We test the water every couple of weeks and adjust the ionization level as needed. If you test the water every now and then and follow the instructions, it works great, keeps the water clear with minimal chemicals required. Would definitely recommend”
