“The first year we used the ClearBlue Ionizer it worked as expected. Our pool was clean all summer and we didn't have to use much chlorine. We followed all other pool cleaning requirements as well, and we kept our above ground 24' round pool pump on 24/7. Our pool was not heavily used by many people.
It's fairly easy to figure out the settings. The second year we used it we didn't need to have it on very much since the copper level in our water was even higher than the recommended value. We cleaned the buildup on the prongs and will see if we need to use it this summer. One thing we would've liked was to have the ionizer come with a protective container.”
