This machine is flat out awesome, as is c&p customer service. We're sent the white machine by mistake, but we're sent the copper panels within a couple days! Couldn't be happier with the machine, the extras, and the experience. Thanks c&p

If you're having second thoughts and can't stop looking at the photos and videos of this machine like I was....I can promise you you won't regret it. It's gorgeous, compact, easy to use and makes incredible coffee once you dial in your grinder and learn the ropes - took me about a week. I can't wait to wake up in the morning and use my Appartamento! Cliff & Pebble - can't say how wonderful they were. I've bought from larger dealers in the past (Seattle Coffee Gear, Whole Latte Love) and had a poor experience with both. Cliff & Pebble went above and beyond, gave me the best price and really made sure I was getting the right machine. Couldn't be more comfortable with my purchase.

The Rocket Appartamento has been everything I expected. All of the parts (especially the portafilters) feel extremely durable, and this is what I was looking for in the machine. I’m still dialing in my pulls, but the espresso I’ve made so far has been beautiful. The only thing I’ve found that I dislike is the plastic cup rail. It just seems very out-of-place. At the very least, it could be a different color (clear may have been better). Overall, amazing machine.

I've been using Nespresso machines for the last few years, and whilst convenient I finally decided to upgrade to a decent coffee machine. I've had the machine for a few weeks now and having taken some time to learn how to use it properly I am loving having cafe-quality coffee at home every day. I couldn't recommend this machine more, it's fantastic.

I researched espresso machines extensively and even took this machine for a test "drive" at a retail establishment while visiting Seattle. This machine is wonderful. The fit and finish are impeccable. The shots are consistent with the E61 group. I paired it with a Eureka Mignon grinder which makes a great pair. The bottomless portafilter is critical to learning proper grind, tamping, and timing. It's great that Cliff and Pebble offer this as a free bonus with the purchase of this machine. I could not be happier with the service and communication I have received from Cliff and Pebble. I even learned that Matt is a graduate of Indiana University, my alma mater! Buy this machine, you will love it!

First espresso machine, I have no idea what I’m doing but I can make some pretty epic drinks and these dudes fully hooked me up with a sweet deal

Love this machine paired with the Baratza Sette 270. Able to make consistent and excellent espresso shots and steam milk right away as a heat exchanger machine. Steam power is a lot for a beginner but I'm slowly getting better. Only main downside is copper panels were very scratched up when it arrived and Cliff & Pebble helped in getting me new copper panels to replace them.
