“The Baratza Encore seems to do a good job of grinding beans. Not noisy, not quiet. The only feature I wish it had is an automatic or timed shut off. The service and shipping of the grinder was excellent.”

“I didn't realize that I had to guess how long to grind. My previous burr grinder was a Cuisanart and I can set it for the number of cups that I want. Also, the ground bin fits tightly but there are always grounds under it after grinding, so it doesn't fit back in smoothly. I am surprised at how inferior it is to the Cuisanart. I should have replaced my old one with a new Cuisanart. Really unhappy with this purchase.”
