Got a Lucca X58, which is great, but my Baratza grinder was not consistent enough for such a precise machine, even with single dosing. After a lot of research, I decided on the Libra. What a difference! After setting the zero point on the burrs, it only took two attempts to get a near-perfect espresso. Tiny adjustments to the grind knob were all it took. It has simplified things so much from single dosing: just put the funnel on the portafilter, insert it into the fork & press the button. The grinder is quiet, robustly built, and, once set up and programmed with weights, pretty effortless. I got the dreaded "FH" error message when first setting it up and using it, but now that I have the filter holder adjusted correctly, it has not happened again. As others have pointed out, the "LIBRA" logo is a bit crooked. Yeah, it's annoying on an $800 appliance, but ultimately inconsequential. Hard to believe that this grinder has made such a huge improvement in my morning cappuccino and americano, but it has. The price is a bit tough to swallow, but the coffee goes down down easy. I've only had it for a week, but unless something goes south, I am very pleased with the Libra.

Hi JD, We’re thrilled to hear how well the Libra has paired with your LUCCA X58 and how much it’s improved your daily cappuccinos and americanos. We completely understand the frustration with the logo alignment—it’s a small detail, but one that shouldn’t be overlooked on a premium grinder. That said, we’re glad the performance has exceeded expectations and made your espresso routine more effortless. We really appreciate your support and wish you many more years of great coffee!
