Really good and consistent grinder. My only issue is that the touch screen is not particularly responsive at times. Especially once it goes into standby mode.

Good value grinder. Super quiet and consistent espresso grinding. Timed dosing feature is a plus. Retention is fairly low. A con is that the grounds can sometimes come out clumpy and require breaking up before tamping. Coarser grind settings can be pretty inconsistent. Also disappointed to find that replacement burrs aren’t sold for this machine.

I really love this machine. So far it has been working very well. Beautiful grinds, fluffy and clump free. Electronic grind control works beautifully grinding exactly the amount I need. It’s pricy and beautiful but not perfect. The bean hopper is flimsy and it’s attachment wobbly. Amazed at how small bean fragments can make their way onto the top of the machine from between the hopper mounting. The porta filter holder has very little up and down adjustment. This may be fine for Rocket’s and maybe other professional level porta filters, but I have a more appliance level machine and my porta filters are a bit tall. I had to mount the filter bracket upside down to get more clearance. But this is a very good grinder and I am very happy with it. What I’m not happy about is the price dropped right after I bought it.

This is a beautiful grinder. It is extremely quiet, precise and easy to program. The burr adjustment knob is super convenient and can handle micro adjustments. I would not recommend it for thicker ground coffee, specially if you are also planning to use this for french press or pour-over coffee. The only issues to be aware off is that the hopper is very thin and flimsy and you have to be careful when adjusting the very deep screw that holds it to the grinder. Also, the porta-filter holder fork screws into a set of plastic brackets that are extremely fragile. The idea is good, since they help isolate the fork from motor vibration and noise, but just an extra screw turn will break them and unfortunately, they are expensive and not covered by warranty.
