This is an incredible machine and a great value. I did a lot of research before deciding on a higher end espresso machine. I was very impressed with Rocket, and I really wanted features like PID and brew pressure gauge. The Mozzafiato, which truly is breathtaking in person, checked all the boxes. I decided to buy from Cliff & Pebble mostly because of their great return policy and the online chat help provided prior to purchase. But I don’t think I’ll be returning this beauty!

This seems to be a great machine- I've been making drinks and experimenting nonstop for a month now and the results have been excellent and the machine is a joy to operate. Also was blown away far more than expected by just how good this machine looks on the counter. Cliff and Pebble was great to work with on this purchase, definitely recommend.

It’s just a beautiful machine to see every day. Stunning. As with any top -notch prosumer machine, the 4 M’s of making espresso are key ingredients to success. One of M’s, Mano, or the barista’s hand/skill is one you either want to attain over time or you don’t. If you don’t, buy a pod machine and be done with it. The Zen-like satisfaction of working towards a great espresso with this machine is my favorite part. Not getting it right sometimes is just as meaningful as seeing it reward me with a delicious ristretto that I so miss form those multiple bar stops during the work day in Torino. The machine has every useful feature one could want. Everything is functional and placed perfectly for ease of use even in a tight space. Love the PID, the gauges are spot on when I get it right and they let me know when I’m a little off, but that little shot timer is an indispensable feature. It addresses the variable of timing precisely every pull. Love it. The E61 group is just a classic and since 1961, it has made the best caffe in the world. It is a technology that has surpassed any modern BS. A joy to see and have in the home setting. Many Americans shy away from the single basket and just pull doubles and even triples, many want to know why they even send these works if art to them with a single portafilter...folks, it is because that is what an espresso is all about. When you go to a bar, morning noon or night anywhere in Italy and simply say “mi daresti un buon caffe’, per piacerre?” you will get a beautifully pulled single shot. Learn the craft of the single shot with this machine and she will do it and do it very well for you. I only use Lavazza Qualita Rossa, I am after a very specific memory, profile and taste every time I do my ritual. This machine works wonderfully for that purpose, she really does take the breath away...ci si mozza il fiato sul serio!

It's everything you're expecting! Each switch, gauge and valve feels well built and thought out. Workflow for both espresso and milk drinks is easy to learn, smooth and fast. The PID control is worth the upgrade. Steady temp control across steaming and successive shots, and fun to experiment with the temperature range for light and dark roasts. The included accessories are all matching Rocket quality. Great setup all around!

The Mozzafiato is an excellent , well crafted machine. Like any top end espresso machine, you need to dial in the grind to get the optional draw. Its quite heavy so you’ll need to position it well on your counter top to fill the water tank. My only demerit point is that it takes 15 minutes or so to fully heat up, which in the morning can seem like forever. It would be nice if the unit could readily accept a piped water source, but they have other models that do that. I believe this will serve as a work horse home machine for many years.
