“Upgraded from a Rancilio Sylvia, and so far I do love this machine. Been using the Sylvia (with PID) for over a decade now, and the Lelit Victoria is definitely a bump up. Very happy to have the pressure gauge, which allowed me to adjust the OPV (a worthwhile 30 minutes of your time), and the built in timer is also great. Also love the low-water indicator. Worlds better than the panic of runnig of water mid-shot. Yes, the water tank is a pain to fill. It's deep in there and not the easist to pull out. Definitely harder than the Sylvia. I did get a funnel to do the job. Possibly a mistake, but easier for sure. But the tank-filling issue isn't a deal-breaker for me, I still highly reccommend it. Side note: I rarely steam milk, and haven't even tried that yet, so can't comment on steam power.”

Love this — especially coming from a long-time Silvia owner! That’s always one of the biggest compliments the Victoria can get. Great call on dialing in the OPV too. Once the pressure is set and paired with the shot timer, it really turns the machine into a consistency machine instead of a guessing game.
