“Upgrading from a Breville Infuser, I really love this QM Silvano! The Breville steamed 6oz in about 70 secs, this one does it in about 40 secs! Still a thermoblock, but higher power. Pros: beautiful look, well built, and sturdy with serviceable components. Cons: stainless steel had some rough edges that could cut you. Solved this by using emery paper to smooth it out. Also manometer was not securely mounted, kinda loose. We'll see if they can fix this. Otherwise, great machine!”
