“For about eight years I have used a Gaggia MDF grinder. It was OK, but the doser became problematic, the handle broke, I bought a kit and replaced the assembly and both burrs. It still was problematic, noisy, slow and retained coffee. I started researching on the web. Enter the Eureka Specialita. WHAT A JOY TO USE! 11 seconds to grind 18 grams. Almost no retention. Very quiet. This is like night and day compared to the old MDF. I would highly recommend the Eureka Specialita and Cliff and Pebble to supply it to you. Aesthetics were not that important, but the Specialita looks great compared to the old grinder. I would say quality, low noise, output/retention and speed makes the Specialita a winner!”
