“I am absolutely in love with this grinder! It does one thing and it does it so well. I just received it from C&P, extremely quickly I might add, and the set up was flawless. Immediately I checked the burr alignment and it was 90% right out of the box. I ran through a half a bag of a little older med roast I had to start the seasoning. The next morning I finished dialing it in with fresh beans and started to produce some of the best shots I’ve ever pulled. The grind is amazing, highly consistent and fluffy.
