“After a few weeks of daily use, I can say I am quite satisfied with the Mignon Zero. It's very easy to use, especially if you are used to the typical espresso making ritual. I like to explore espresso bean varieties and the fine adjustment on this grinder lets me dial in the grind size to suit the particular beans. The baffle seems to do a pretty good job of limiting retention. I have been weighing my beans pre and post grinding every time I use it and have never seen more than 0.1 grams of retention. The machine is solidly built and the quality really shows. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the grinder is. No more worries about waking up the whole house grinding coffee in the morning.
