“I’m coming from a modified Breville Dual Boiler, so I was worried about heat up time, steam performance, and thermal stability. I am happy to say that the heat up time is comparable with the BDB, the steam is significantly stronger and dryer, and the thermal stability is great with a quick cooling flush. The rotary pump is quiet, the flow control is smooth, the steam is excellent, the footprint is small, the pressure is set to 8.5 bar out of the box, the build quality is excellent, and its very beautiful to look at on the counter. My only gripe is that the drip tray is on the small side. Overall I’m extremely happy with the machine.”
