“I bought DF83 because no other Turin Grinder was in stock (anywhere on earth apparently). Im glad I did get this monster too. Its quiet. Its accurate. Its powerful (could grind rusty nails down to fine espresso powder). My only real regret is my entry into the world of espresso is about over. Im done buying all my little coffee tools to go with my Turin Grinder and Turin Espresso machine (naked bottomless portafilter/puck screen/leveler/ect). I have reached the point of just enjoying a great, real shot of espresso, finally.”

“The Df83 has been working really well and switching between grind size adjustment isnt too finicky, I been able to create top quality coffee and clean up/maintenance is very easy, dialing back the zero point isn’t hard at all and all the components holding the burrs aren’t too cumbersome The only think that needs extra attention is the leveling components have silicon lube that you gotta watch out for to not contaminate the burrs This thing is as big as my tourso and heavy! It’s a TANK, it’s got a high pitch grind sound but most 18-20g beans grind out in 4 seconds Overall amazing grinder and the only thing that will make me change it is the gen 3!”

Ha — "as big as my torso" is the most accurate description of the DF83 we've ever heard! It's an absolute tank and those 4-second grinds say everything.
