“I upgraded to the DF83V from a Fellow Opus grinder and I'm really happy with the change. The grind quality is very even, there is basically no retention, and it's easy to access the burrs for cleaning. All in all, it's been a delightful change to my workflow. Even with a beginner espresso machine (Breville Barista Express) it makes a significant improvement to our shots and has made dialing in light roasts much easier.”

What a jump — the Opus is a solid grinder but the DF83V is in a completely different league. Really glad you're feeling that difference, especially on light roasts where grind quality matters most.
