“The movement works perfectly. I thought I may have needed a high torque movement, but the UTS movement purchased does the job easily with my 12 cm minute hand. The chime is clear and and we have the night setting on, keeping the sound low from 10pm until 7am (a good, practical feature). When first set up the chime was sounding three minutes after the hour and half hour and after contacting Clock Shop, I received precise and clear instructions to adjust the hands slightly. The clock now chimes accurately on the hour and half hour and we have no issues. I recommend both the product and Clock Shop for service - very satisfied.”

“I was able to fir the movement myself but have found that the chime is still a little loud at the quietest setting otherwise all good.”
