I bought this German Press Fit clock movement , for my Barigo ships clock ,perfect fit , but it loses about 5 minutes a day, first I thought it was the battery , but after a fresh Energizer 1.5v Battery , same thing. Frustrating when I am late for dinner, drinks on the beach , miss the start of the News,. etc... Maybe there was a bad batch of these. UTS QUARTZ IEC R6..

This was the driving mechanism of a rather fancy brass chronometer on our coast guard rescue vessel, so it actually saved us quite a lot of money by being able to simply replace the mechanism.

Replaced a radio-controlled unit so now we have a standard clock working.
