“Incorrect size and not enough detail on Web site to identify correct one. Would be useful if the clock movement had a part number instead of trying to work it out using measurements. Would also be good if the business answered the phone, all I ever get is the menu and then put on hold”

Dear Bob, Thank you for your feedback. I am very surprised that you mentioned we don't have enough detail on our website. Can you please provide more information regarding this as we have a very comprehesive list of specification for every movement. We understand that many customers don't like reading the details so we even went one step further and put all of the dimensions on one of the product images https://www.clockshop.com.au/assets/alt_2/52651.jpg?20241213124804. We also provide assembly instructions too, and videos to assist with working out everything you need. From your photos provided it appears that you have failed to remove the minute hand nut and pulled the minute shaft out of the clock movement. This may be part of the problem with working out what you need. Unfortunately clock movements are not like auto parts where there is a specific make and model to source a particular part number. If you would like our assistance to resolve this please reach out to support@clockshop.com.au.
