“My 1st clock looses time 20min approximately in 24hours My 2nd clock losses hours.. So SAD... Quality poor.. And EPRESS freight wasn't any quicker...than normal postage and handling..”

Dear Tanya, Thank you for your honest feedback. This is important for us and we appreciate your time. Your order was recieved and dispatched within 24 hours using Australia Post Express. Your order was dispatched on a Thursday and delivered to Central NSW address on Monday (3 business days) which is in accordance with the express postage estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days. The clocks you purchased are mechanical clocks and have a regulator on the back to adjust the speed of the clock. They also must be fully wound each day otherwise this will also affect the speed of the clock (as the spring winds down it loses power). If the clocks are indeed faulty and won't keep time after making the necessary adjustment then you have warranty and can return them for assessment and repair/replacement. “Goodmorning from The Netherlands, it is now 07.31 overhere. I woke up an hour ago with the loud sounds of my Alarm Clock. In The Netherlands you can't buy an analogue one anymore just on batteries. I am very happy with my analogue one i bought at The Clock Shop. Friendly people with a lot of knowledge and good service. Go and have a look for yourself they have got a lot of clocks and other things to browse through.”

“If you are looking for a traditional old fashion alarm clock this is perfect. It keeps good time, the luminescent dial is able to be seen at night and you will not sleep through the alarm. It has quite a loud tic which is good if like a rythmic sound to sleep with. The only thing that detracts is the plastic winders and knobs but apart from that it has a nice finish and build quality.”
