“The parts we needed were unavailable before Christmas, but Hayley kindly emailed us on 27th December to advise that a "Christmas Miracle" had occurred and that they were now available. Despite living in country Victoria the parts arrived within a week of ordering them, so we were very impressed with the service. Parts were well wrapped and arrived in perfect order. Installation was a breeze using the enclosed instructions and hopefully my 40+ year old clock will now outlive me!”
