“Have had to send it back twice. Was not keeping time and stopped working after a while . Although the repair team said it was working perfectly . Got my money back but still had to pay for postage.”

“It wasn't anything to do with a quartz movement... rather a repair to a cuckoo clock. Service was first class and not to be faulted in any way. Staff always ready to discuss and offer solutions. Really appreciated.”

Dear Marlene, Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback. I am very sorry that you are still experiencing difficulty with your cuckoo clock call shutting off at night time. When exstensively tested in our workshop we could not replicate the problem and the clock operated correctly, the cuckoo call silent in the dark and and calling when there was sufficient light. I understand this is frustrating for you to hear however we are committed to resolving the issue for you and wait for your reply to advise you of the next step. Thanks for your patience.
